► Product care: Maple and bloodwood are hard species, but wood will never be as tough as metals, so handle with care. Clean with a soft cloth. If needed, use a damp, and then a dry cloth. Do not use chemical or abrasive cleaners.
► Skin friendliness / allergy: The risk of allergic reactions is greatly reduced by the wood itself and the applied food grade finish (danish oil and carnauba wax). Also, silver is very unlikely to cause allergy.
